Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the respective courier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Ozi Mart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:
Ozi Mart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
